Job Summary:

Bullard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who can demonstrate sales acumen in accelerating the sales growth of all Bullard’s product in the Northern and Western territories of Germany. This position will report to the Director of International Business based out of Singapore. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the growth of sales and market share of Bullard’s complete range of emergency responder and industrial health and safety products
  • Successfully implement and execute sales strategies and tactics relating to target markets and segments
  • Manage, support, train, and lead a network of channel partners
  • Maintain active engagement with the territory’s new and existing key end-users and focus on developing and closing opportunities with a mindset of competitive conversions.
  • Effectively communicate voice of customer (VOC) feedback into our new product development process and to other stakeholders
  • Partner with co-workers and channel partners to support product training and joint sales activities at key end users
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize channel partner coverage resulting in an increase of our end user coverage
  • Feedback market trends and competitive activities to internal stakeholders
  • Manage all sales opportunities by using the company’s CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in preparing monthly booking and shipment forecast
  • Leverage social media as a sales tool to share the company’s products and solutions
  • Travel at least 50% of the time within the assigned sales territory to meet key end users and joint sales activities with channel partners

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated creative selling skills to key end user accounts and channel management
  • Proven track record of understanding customer needs in the emergency responder and industrial segments
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, virtual presentation, in-person presentation and interpersonal)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct on-site technical product demonstration
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales strategies and overcome challenges
  • Proven ability to utilize data to drive sales tactics to accelerate growth
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage computer skills such as OneDrive, One Note and Outlook to collaborate with co-workers globally
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Epicor
  • Proven planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated high integrity and self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma in any engineering or business discipline
  • Experience in the sales of personal protective equipment preferred
  • Experience with social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn
